We deliberately limit the number of projects we take on, allowing our director and management team to give each build their full attention. By focusing exclusively on bespoke residential homes, we ensure every home is treated with the care and precision it deserves.

With almost a decade of experience as a company and over 20 years in the industry, we understand that building a home is one of life’s biggest investments. With a strong passion for creating lasting relationships and delivering high-quality projects, Troy has established a reputation for excellence and integrity across the Bass Coast region.

As a long-time local, he combines deep regional knowledge with a genuine commitment to building homes that enhance the community. His commitment to quality and collaboration underpins every project Harris Build takes on, earning the respect of clients, architects, consultants, and contractors alike.
